Our complex care service is delivered by experienced and specially trained support workers who are equipped to manage a wide range of advanced health conditions and clinical requirements.

Every package of complex care is fully tailored to the individual and developed in close collaboration with the person, their family, and relevant healthcare professionals.

We take a structured, outcomes-focused approach, ensuring care plans are detailed, clinically appropriate, and responsive to changing needs. Regular reviews help ensure ongoing safety, effectiveness, and continuity of care.

Our trained care teams are experienced in supporting a range of complex health conditions and interventions including acquired brain injury support, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation support, epilepsy management, pressure area care, medication administration, and clinical observation (as trained and delegated).

We work closely with NHS teams, community nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialist practitioners to ensure coordinated and seamless care.

Even in complex care situations, we prioritise independence, choice, and quality of life wherever possible, including support with daily routines, communication needs, participation in family life and community activities, emotional reassurance, and rehabilitation and goal-focused activities.

All complex care staff receive extensive specialist training relevant to the needs they support, including clinical procedures, infection control, safeguarding, and emergency response.

Strong clinical governance, ongoing supervision, and 24/7 support structures ensure care is consistently delivered to a high and reliable standard, giving reassurance to individuals and their families.
