We are seeking an experienced Senior Caregiver to take on a leadership role within our team. You will support junior caregivers, assist with supervisions, and manage a caseload of complex care clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years care experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience with dementia and complex care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
